Cancellation Policy – Payment will be refunded on the basis that we can rebook the dates to other guests.

 NO REFUND  if you do not arrive as per date of arrival as per your confirmation letter.

Damages or breakages to our property will be invoiced to person making the booking.

Damage deposit will be returned if no claims to be made within 3days of your departure

Extra guests that have not been included in original booking are not permitted to stay without owners permission. Extra charges can apply.
